Status Definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | Service is running normally |
| Degraded Performance | Service is available but slower than usual |
| Partial Outage | Some features or regions are unavailable |
| Major Outage | Service is largely unavailable |

Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance on the status page. During maintenance:
- API may experience brief interruptions (typically <5 minutes)
- Fallback routing may activate automatically
- All maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours (02:00–06:00 UTC+8 for Singapore, 02:00–06:00 UTC-7 for Hillsboro)
Incident History
The status page maintains a 90-day incident history with:
- Incident timeline and resolution
- Root cause analysis
- Corrective actions taken
