Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and LW AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us") regarding your access and use of our AI inference APIs (the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

• Services: AI model inference APIs provided directly by us.
• Account: A registered API account used to access the Services.
• Input: Data, prompts, or content submitted by the User.
• Output: AI-generated responses returned by the Services.
• Usage Units: Metered billing units used to measure API consumption (e.g., per 1M tokens).

We provide a direct AI inference infrastructure platform offering:

• OpenAI-compatible API endpoints
• Large language model inference services
• Streaming and non-streaming completions
• High-availability inference infrastructure

4.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate registration information.

4.2 API Keys

API keys are strictly confidential and must not be shared, resold, or publicly exposed.

4.3 Suspension

We may suspend access in cases of abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

5.1 Usage-Based Billing

Billing is based on actual API usage measured in token units.

5.2 Prepaid Credits

Credits are used solely for service consumption and do not represent currency or stored value.

Users may not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Users must comply with applicable laws.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for verifying outputs before use.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or reliability.

Users retain ownership of Input data.

Users may use Output generated through the Services.

We are granted a limited license solely to process Input for inference purposes.

We do not use customer Input or Output data to train or fine-tune any machine learning models.

Data is processed strictly for real-time inference and service operation. We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral modeling.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occur periodically.

Services are provided without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or reliability.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
