LW AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you use our AI model inference APIs (the "Services").

We comply with the Singapore PDPA and EU GDPR.

We provide AI inference infrastructure services. All data processing is performed strictly for the purpose of:

• Processing API inference requests
• Returning model outputs
• Operating billing and account systems
• Ensuring service security and reliability

We do not use customer data for advertising, profiling, or training any machine learning models.

3.1 Account Data

• Email address or login identifier
• Account ID
• API keys (hashed or encrypted)
• Organization information (if applicable)

3.2 Billing and Usage Data

• API usage records (token counts, timestamps, model identifiers)
• Billing records and credit usage
• Transaction identifiers (payment processors only; no full payment details stored)

3.3 Technical Data

• IP address
• Device and browser information
• API request logs (timestamps, endpoints)
• Security and abuse detection signals

3.4 Input Data (API Requests)

User Input may include prompts or other data submitted to the API. Input data is processed solely to generate inference outputs and is not stored for model training or fine-tuning.

3.5 Output Data

AI-generated responses are returned to the user and are not used for training or model improvement.

We explicitly state:

• We do not use customer Input or Output data to train or fine-tune any models
• We do not use customer data for advertising or profiling
• We do not build behavioral profiles from API usage

6.1 Inference Processing

Input data is processed in real time by our inference infrastructure to generate outputs.

6.2 Infrastructure Providers

We use secure infrastructure providers for:

• GPU compute infrastructure
• Cloud hosting
• Monitoring and observability

All providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not expose external model APIs directly to end users.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose data if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

• Input data: processed in real time and not stored long-term
• Output data: not stored long-term
• Usage logs: retained for a limited period for billing and security
• Account data: retained during account lifecycle
• Security logs: retained for a limited operational window

All data is deleted or anonymized after retention periods expire.

Data may be processed in Singapore, the United States, and other deployment regions as part of distributed inference infrastructure.

All cross-border processing is subject to appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

Users may request:

Minimal cookies are used only for authentication, security, and basic service functionality.

We may use infrastructure providers for compute and hosting services. These providers process data only for infrastructure operations and do not access data for independent use.

We act as:

• Data processor for API inference requests
• Data controller for account, billing, and platform operations

The Services are not intended for individuals below applicable digital consent age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
